Myers Mushrooms

On Monday I took another field trip to Myers Mushrooms. Eric Myers gave the complete tour of the mushroom operation. It is huge and it is complicated. There is nothing simple about growing mushrooms at the commercial scale. So for Friday I have dehydrated Lion's Mane mushrooms. My other new product is mushroom extracts, Lion's Mane, Turkey Tail, Chaga, and Reishi. To learn how to use and why to use mushroom extracts, I will copy and paste summaries from the internet, Web MD, and Healthline as a basic medicinal education on mushroom extracts. As we become more educated in healthy eating, we will learn about the health benefits of not only mushrooms but herbs also and our food too.
